Firstly, I’m not from the New York area, but I’m willing to dedicate my weekends to traveling from Washington, D.C. to work with your record label.
- Originally born in Lahore, Pakistan. Moved to United States in 1999.
- Was really into technology and cameras from a young age. General interest include music, fashion, cars (built my own Nissan 240SX), traveling, food, and trying new activities.
Why I would be an asset:
Started using Photoshop at a young age and developed skills with the software, slowly obtained more equipment and never stopped taking pictures. I’m versatile in all types of photography. I love to push my creative edge and produce visuals.
- Currently working at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Data Center Lead. Technical skills include hardware and software troubleshooting, building cloud solutions, and web development.
My goal is to work with artists to create content for album covers, editorials, and live performances/concerts.
I like to shoot what I am interested in; music and fashion are two of them. I want to push my creative limits in these mediums.
Photography is my forte, but I am also able to do video shooting/editing and graphic design. I’ve worked with other visual artists, social media influencers, interactive art exhibits, other creatives/etc.
I am proficient in shooting digital and analog photography.
I utilize Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One Pro for post production.
I develop my own film which results in very quick turnaround time (3-4 hours) for analog photography to digital copies.
My photography resume:
Just a few visuals that came to mind from day to day observations.
These are some of the influences and inspirations I had in my younger years that have moulded where my creative direction derives from.
In middle school I downloaded this DJing software off download.com and used it with my brothers and cousins to just dance around the basement with them(Fun fact: most played song - Can’t Touch This - MC Hammer.)
I have never DJ’d to this day, but this really sparked my interest in how #realDJing is done.
The video game I played the most growing up. Favorite part about this game was bumping to the music, and this was where I discovered Gang Starr and their track Mass Appeal which to me is a hip hop anthem.
The album I listen to the most this day. I had just started high school when this released. Very uplifting album that helped me stay positive throughout my high school years.
Got this as a gift from my uncle; I was able to listen to my music anywhere and everywhere, shout out to him.
Hope you enjoyed going through this slideshow and I look forward to hearing from you, all feedback is welcome.
